Øystein Gjerme

Øystein Gjerme is the founder and lead pastor of Salt Bergen Church in Norway, and also the head of the Norwegian pentecostal movement. He has a Master of Divinity, and as chairman at Norwegian School of Leadership and Theology, he has built it to be an attractive institution of education. For many years he lead the multidenominational movement Sendt Norway, a movement which main purpose is to help church planting. Øystein is a speaker and lecturer in a lot of different contexts, and has written a few books. He is married to Gina, and together they have three children.

Dave Ferguson is an award-winning author and founding and lead pastor of Chicago’s Community Christian Church, a missional multisite community considered one of the most influential churches in America. Dave also provides visionary leadership for NewThing, an international church planting movement, is president of the Exponential Conference US and is a board member of Exponential Europe. Dave is also the author of several books including Hero Maker, and his latest, BLESS: 5 Everyday Ways to Love Your Neighbor & Change the World.

Øivind Augland

Øivind has been a pastor and church planter within the Evangelical Lutheran Free Church of Norway for the past twenty-five years. He led the national church planting network for ten years and through that, became the founder of what now is M4 Europe, and is currently working in fifteen European nations, and has also initiated NC2P (National Church Planting Process), with the European goal of mobilising the entire body of Christ in a nation, so they work together to respond strategically to the church planting need in their nation.

Øivind is founder and co-owner of Xpand Norway and Persolog Norway. His calling is to foster unity and multiplication in the body of Christ. Øivind is married to Linda and together they have four adult children.

Workshops

During the two workshop sessions, different leaders across Europe will hold an interactive workshop about the topic of Kingdom Leader and reproduction and multiplication of the gospel, disciples, leaders, churches and networks. An overview of the possible workshops during these sessions will be published later.

Translation

If the language from the podium is not English, it will be translated up-front into English. If you do not understand English, please indicate so when registering. We will then try to enable translation into the needed language.
