Exponential Leadership
Conference 2023

10-12 October 2023, Berlin

Kingdom-leader-long1-01

- Lead to Multiply

Have you ever thought that leaders are made?
Every leader has a leader—a mom or dad, a friend, a co-worker, a teacher, a coach, or you and me.

Kingdom Leaders have a pattern of investing in others to see the full potential of others released into others.
Essentially, they are disciple makers who make disciple makers.
They do not count what they do and accumulate, but rather how they invest in others and release their potential.

10-12 October 2023

Hauptstraße 125A
10827 Berlin, Germany

theo-vissier

Theo Visser

The Netherlands

Theo (1970) believes in a God who multiplies that which he breaks. He has a passion to see the church of Jesus restored to its original vigour: missional, colourful, passionate for Christ, Spirit filled, grace oriented, holy, God centred and high Christology. His vision is to see people from all nations becoming disciples of Christ in such a way that they will disciple others. In this way he longs for a multiplying movement of Gods Spirit across Europe.

After his study of theology in Utrecht (1995) he was involved in starting a new refugee ministry and worked for 5 years with refugees as the first field worker with Gave. Afterwards with a great team he planted an intercultural church (2000) in Rotterdam (ICF Rotterdam). Later the Dutch ICP network was launched (2005) where by God’s grace in 10 years’ time about 30 newly planted churches came together. Next to this Theo then started a new church planting church (2013) in Rotterdam (LEEF!),

In this learning process and through many mistakes he got much experience in planting intercultural churches. He used to write down all his lessons and store all the lessons that he has learned in this specific intercultural field. Right now, with a passionate team he serves fulltime the European network of intercultural churchplants (2017), ICP Europe. The goal of this network is to give churchplanting back to ordinary people.

Theo has deeply experienced what it means to be purified and cleansed through the refiner’s fire. From this brokenness he lives to see Christ power through our weaknesses.

Theo is married to Rieneke (1972) with 3 children: Samuel (1996), Shekinah (2000) and Joshua (2002).
