TOGETHER - Equip to Multiply

No one knows how the situation this autumn will be, but we believe that it will be possible to have an Exponential Host Gathering on 12-14 October 2021 in Berlin.

We want to gather all hosts from around 30 European countries for fellowship, and to work together preparing the main theme for Roundtables, but also to offer in-depth teaching, training and inspiration to our Roundtable leaders and hosts. How can we work together in our cities to equip each other for multiplication?

Imagine what would happen if we would work together with God realising HIS plan for our region in union with our families, by having one mind in our teams, and taking our whole church with us together with the other churches in our cities? If this becomes a reality, there would be an exponential expansion of the gospel being spread and reaching every corner of the world. This would surpass our most visionary ideas. Wouldn´t it be great to be part of this?

Here are some facts!

The gathering starts at 17:00 on 12 October, and ends at 13:30 on 14 October. It takes place at the site of Equippers Berlin, Landsberger Allee 225, 13055 Berlin.

All local hosts are invited to bring a young emerging leader, who accepts the challenge to bring 5 young people to your local Roundtable.

What does it cost?

~~Early bird (until 31 August): €125~~
Regular price (from 1 September): €150
Included in the price is the conference fee, dinner Tuesday, lunch Wednesday, as well as beverages and snacks throughout the gathering.

Unfortunately, we cannot gather more than 200 participants at the location. Therefore, be sure to register soon to secure a spot.

What do you have to organise by yourself?

Travel and hotel. We recommend to stay at the Hotel Berlin East. With the Code "EXPONENTIAL", you will get a room including breakfast and wifi for €79 (€89 for a double room). You can cancel the booking until 5 days prior to the gathering. This hotel is in walking distance to the conference place.

Translation:

If the language from the podium is not English, it will be translated up-front into English. If you do not understand English, please contact us, and we will try to connect you to other participants from your country, so you can organise someone to translate for you (either one of you, or you can bring a translator with you). We will offer translation equipment for you to use.

Streaming:

For those of you that are not able to to join us in October, we will live-stream our Wednesday morning sessions. More information on how to access the live stream will follow as we get closer and know more about the situation.

If the situation in October does not allow us to have this gathering, we will have an alternative online meeting.
