Host Gathering 12-14 October 2021

Welcome to our Host Gathering!

The gathering starts at 17:00 on 12 October, and ends at 13:30 on 14 October. It takes place at the site of Equippers Berlin, Landsberger Allee 225, 13055 Berlin.

All local hosts are invited to bring a young emerging leader, who accepts the challenge to bring 5 young people to your local Roundtable. Remember to write this when you order your ticket!

What does the fee cover?

The fee covers conference fee, dinner Tuesday, lunch Wednesday, and beverages and snacks throughout the gathering.

What do you have to organise by yourself?

Travel and hotel. We recommend to stay at the Hotel Berlin East. With the Code “EXPONENTIAL”, you will get a room including breakfast for €79 (€89 for a double room). This hotel is in walking distance to the conference place.

Maximum amount of participants: 200

Unfortunately, we cannot gather more than 200 participants at the location. Therefore, be sure to register soon to secure a spot.

Translation:

If the language from the podium is not English, it will be translated up-front into English. If you do not understand English, please contact us, and we will try to connect you to other participants from your country, so you can organise someone to translate for you (either one of you, or you can bring a translator with you). We will offer translation equipment for you to use.
