Igniting a Culture of Multiplication
Imagine sitting around a table with others from your city, listening to teaching on how you can lead people to Christ, disciple them and be a part of starting new churches.
Thousands of people in Europe are doing this today. Listen to their story, get inspired and be challenged to take your next step. The topic is ‘Igniting a culture of multiplication’.
Culture can be defined as: Spontaneous repeated patterns of behaviour. Culture is shaped from the passion in your heart and the conviction in your mind. What we value becomes what we prioritise, and what we prioritise becomes our story and language and visible through our behaviour.
What if multiplication of disciples, leaders and new churches becomes the story of the church in Europe. Who are you discipling? What do we need to do to see this happen? What would it look like for your church? Should you be a part of starting a new church? Could you initiate a network to plant more churches in your region? What would your next step be?

A typical Roundtable normally lasts between six and seven hours, depending on how you run it. The programme is spilt between pre-recorded sessions with time to work in groups, and more flexible session where where you can either choose from one of our pre-recorded workshops, or you can have a live session with local speakers. With this flexibility, these sessions are for you to apply our content into your context.
We recommend running Roundtables as a one day event, but it is also possible to split it into multiple evenings. We have made a downloadable suggested programme based on how we ran it in 2021. If you are looking for optional ways to run it, please contact us for a custom-made programme that fits your context.
