Denominational, Organizational, and Movement Leaders

The purpose of this pre- conference is to give denominational, organizational and movement leaders information, inspiration and strategic input regarding how to promote church planting in their respective denominations, organizations or movements.

Women in Leadership

God called women from the beginning. Throughout the Old and New Testament, we read of courageous and strong women. Society has changed, so have role models.
In this pre-conference we want to focus on how to encourage and support women to step into their God-given, Spirit-filled calling. How can you step into your calling?
How can you support another women to step into her calling?

This pre-conferences is not only for women, but also for male leaders that want to encourage and support women to step into their gifting.

Intercultural Church Planting

God is preparing us for heaven. He is testing our ability for hospitality and generosity by sending the nations to the cities of Europe. Churches and church planting in Europe will, in many places, become increasingly multicultural. Are we ready to express worship in different ways? To develop cultural awareness, show hospitality and generosity to people who express their faith differently, and be enriched by it? How would church planting look like in an increasingly multicultural context of Europe? These are some of the questions we will look into. In the pre-conference, you can expect teaching, workshops in smaller groups, dialogue in groups and prayer for what God is doing in our European context.

Invitation: The pre-workshop is hosted in cooperation with Greater European Mission and m4 Europe.

Theo Visser

My passion is to see people from all ethnicities becoming disciples of Jesus that multiply. I firmly believe that the best way to do that is to plant missional intercultural churches. That is why I would love to share from 25 years of fruit and setbacks how this could look like in Europe today. There are tremendous opportunities in our time and age, and it would be great if we could catch the wave that God has sent. I am also looking forward to launching two new books during this pre-conference I have written with others over the last years,  “Intercultural Churches, Biblical Foundations” and “ Intercultural Churches, Practical Applications”.

Bring a culture of Multiplication
to your church or network

The Movement System is a tried and tested process for equipping churches to begin the pathway to multiplication. As a part of the system, we look at how we can reproduce at all levels – disciples, leaders, churches, networks of churches and then also movements. Come along for an introduction to about this unique tool and for stories of how it is being used around the world.
